Site Jobs Module
The Jobs Module is now available for clinical sites, allowing you to create, manage, and track job opportunities directly within Exxat One.
With this release, sites can use structured job creation workflows, AI-assisted job drafting, configurable job attributes, and complete job lifecycle management. All jobs can be viewed and managed centrally through the dedicated Jobs List View.
This release enables job creation and management on the site side. Student job visibility, applications, and candidate insights will be available in the April release.
Job Creation Options
Sites can create jobs using multiple methods:
- AI Job Builder (generate from prompt, upload JD, or paste public job link)
- Manual job creation
- Clone an existing job
AI enhancement is available for job descriptions, benefits, and screening questions. AI enhancement helps refine and improve your content by enhancing clarity, structure, and professionalism. It can suggest better phrasing, expand on key details, and make your job post more engaging and candidate-friendly while maintaining your original intent.
