Exxat One for Sites brings increased indicators and support to your experience. We've introduced an interactive map view for your published availabilities, added real-time chat with our support team, and enhanced your ability to track student activation and customize grids. These updates streamline your workflows and provide immediate help.
Here are the detailed feature updates:
Map View of Your Availabilities
You can now see and manage your published availabilities with the all-new Map View. On your Dashboard, an interactive map displays all your published availabilities as pins across your site locations. Each pin represents a location where you've published one or more opportunities; the number on the pin shows the number of availabilities published at that location.
- At-a-Glance Summary: A banner on the map instantly summarizes the total number of availabilities currently visible within the map view, updating as you zoom in and out.
- Interactive Location Pins: Click on any pin to reveal a card with details such as availability name, dates, location, unit, discipline, and program type.
- Availability Details: From the summary card, select "View Details" to open the comprehensive “Availability Details” panel. Here, you can review full availability information, track school requests for that availability, and access request history and status.
- Detailed Exploration: For a full-screen experience, click the "Detailed View" hyperlink within the dashboard map or use the map icon on the left-hand action panel. This opens a scrollable list of all opportunities on the left of the map updated as you zoom in and out.
- This map is identical to how schools see your availabilities when searching for opportunities.
- Filtering: In the detailed view, use search and filters to explore your availabilities by location, address, discipline/specialization, state, program, experience type, date range, or due date.
Instant Support: Chat with a Support Agent
Get immediate aid directly within Exxat One with our new chat feature.
- Direct Chat Access: A new “Chat with agent” icon in the top navigation bar provides immediate access to support.
- If support agents are online, you can start a live chat to get your questions resolved quickly, providing you with real-time help.
- Offline Messaging: If agents are offline, you can leave a detailed message with any supporting attachments, which will be logged as a support ticket.
- Ticket Traceability: All chat conversations and sent messages are automatically logged in to your "My Tickets" section for future reference.
This feature provides a faster, more direct way to connect with support, significantly improving responsiveness and overall user experience.
Viewing Student Activation Status on Schedules and Onboarding screen
Increased ability to track student engagement on the Schedules and Onboarding screen by providing an indicator of their activation status.
- Student Status Indicators: On the schedules grid, within the "Student Details" column, you will now see a visual indicator next to each student's name:
- A green dot signifies an active user, meaning the student has successfully logged into the Exxat One platform.
- An orange dot means an inactive user, meaning the student has not yet logged into the system.
- This immediate visual cue allows you to quickly identify students who haven't logged in and you may follow up with the schools.
Improved Usability: Enhancement to Freezing Columns Across Grid Views
The freeze column functionality within the “Configure Columns” drawer across the View and Track Availability, School Requests, and Schedules and Onboarding screens havevebeen enhanced for easier horizontal scrolling.
- Freezing Columns: The "Configure Columns" drawer now gives you greater control. Within a new “Freeze Position” dropdown, you can choose to freeze a selected column from any side—either Left or Right side of the grid.
- The "Freeze" option within the dropdown ensures that your selected column will always remain in view as you scroll horizontally..
Enhancement for Nursing Discipline
Comprehensive View: Multiple Clinical Instructors for Group Schedules
For Nursing group schedules, you will now have a complete overview of all assigned clinical instructors directly within the grid on the “Schedules and Onboarding” screen.
- When schools assign multiple clinical instructors to a particular group schedule, you will be able to view all scheduled instructors within the grid.
- A more comprehensive view of all the clinical instructors, including their details, can be accessed within the Schedule drawer.
