This release of Exxat One for Sites introduces enhancements designed to optimize your management of school requests with customized data views and streamlined scheduling workflows. From increased visibility of information to flexible grids and discipline-specific improvements, these updates aim to provide you with greater control, clarity, and efficiency in your daily tasks.

Here are the detailed feature updates:

Enhanced Upfront Visibility of Request ID

The Request ID is now displayed beside the "Requested Details by School" section header on the school request review screen.  
This provides you with immediate access to the unique identifier of each request, making it quicker to referencing.

Streamlined Review of School Requests

A new "Review Request" panel opens automatically when reviewing school requests, displaying the school's submitted request details in editable fields for your changes and approval. This view of requested details by schools through the fields eliminates the need to switch between different sections, allowing greater efficiency when approving requests.

• Editable fields are presented for modification during review.
• The sticky bar of “Requested Details by School” offers a view of request information with the ability to see more details in panel.  
• You can edit the fields as needed and approve the slot request for the schedule, or message the school 

Automatic Expansion of Specializations within Discipline chevron in Discipline/Specialization filter

When selecting a discipline in filters, the corresponding specializations will now automatically expand, with all pre-selected. This feature reduces the number of clicks required and ensures that all relevant specializations are immediately visible for quicker and more accurate filtering.

• This applies to Discipline and Specialization filters across availability creation, school requests, and schedules screens.

Comprehensive Data in Exportable Reports

The exportable reports for School Requests and Schedules and Onboarding screens have been enhanced to include additional key requested fields. This provides you with more detailed data for analysis, planning, and communication, reducing the need to manually gather information from different areas of the system.

• School Requests Report now includes Rotation Number, Semester, Shifts, Number of Required Hours, Preceptor Name, Shift Timings, Days of the Week, and Program Type.
• Schedules and Onboarding Report now includes Rotation Number, Semester, Shifts, Number of Hours, Preceptor Name, Shift Timings, Days of the Week, Program Type, Graduation Year, and Graduation Month.

This enables more comprehensive data extraction for reporting needs.

Personalized and Efficient Grid Views with Customizable Columns

You now can customize grid views on screens to display only the information you need. This feature allows you to reorder, freeze, and show/hide columns, leading to a cleaner view and a more efficient workflow. This is available on the View and Track Availability, School Requests, and Schedules and Onboarding screens.

• Reorder Columns: drag and drop or use arrows to arrange column order.
• Freeze Columns: pin desired columns (starting from the left) for persistent visibility during horizontal scrolling.
• Show/Hide Columns: turn off and on column visibility using the eye icon.

New Filters on School Requests Screen

To improve management of school requests, new filtering options are now available on the School Requests screen. You can now filter requests by:

• Location Group: Narrow down requests based on your location groups.
• Location: Filter requests by specific site locations.
• Discipline: View requests for particular disciplines.

These new filters allow for more targeted review and efficient processing of school requests.

Direct Visibility of Student Email Addresses on Schedules and Onboarding screen

Student email addresses are now displayed directly below their name in the Student Details column on both Individual and Group Schedules screens. This allows for a faster workflow by eliminating the need to navigate individual student details or export data.

• This allows for quick identification, and you can easily copy the email address by simply clicking on the email and a bar will display the info of ‘successful copying’ at the top right corner of the screen.

Precise Availability Publishing with Site Time Zone Awareness

When scheduling an availability for future publishing, the system will now clearly display the publish time according to your site's local time zone. 

• Publish time displayed in the site's local time zone.
• All Availabilities will be published at 1AM EST on the date selected
• Visible on the "Confirm Availability Details" drawer before publishing.
• This will also be visible within the “publish details” of the availability on the View and Track Availability screen.

This avoids confusion regarding publish times, especially for users in different time zones.

Inclusion of Program Type as a Requested Field

When creating an availability, you now have the option to include Program Type as an additional requested field. 

• Program Type can be added as an additional field to appear on school’s requests forms during availability creation.

This allows schools to specify the program type when requesting slots, providing you with more detailed information.

Enhancements regarding Nursing Discipline

Efficient Cancellation of Entire Group Schedules

New functionality allows for the cancellation of an entire group schedule with a single action.

• A Cancel Schedule button is now available in the Group Schedule drawer.
• A popup allows you to confirm cancellation and provide a reason.
• All student and instructor schedules tied to the group are canceled at once.
• Notifications are sent to the school, students, and instructors notifying about the schedule cancellation.

Enhanced Filtering on Group Schedules Screen

The Group Schedules screen now offers additional filters for your view. Filtering by Location Group and Schedule Duration (Start and End Date), allows you to quickly focus on specific sets of schedules.

• Location Group: Filter by the location groups of your site.
• Start Date and End Date: Filter the schedules by their start date and end dates.

Default Filtering of Program Types for Nursing Discipline

When "Nursing" is selected as the discipline in the Discipline and Specialization filter, the Program Type options will now automatically be filtered to show only "Pre-licensure" and "post-licensure" program options. 
This intelligent filtering ensures data accuracy and streamlines the selection process for Nursing-related entries.
