This release of Exxat One introduces the ability to add student actives for the entire rotation, improved searching and filters, new onboarding statuses

Onboarding, Ongoing & Offboarding with Custom Forms
- Sites can now configure their own forms to capture feedback and evaluations throughout rotations:
- Onboarding: completed before a rotation starts, such a clearance documents.
- Ongoing: completed during the rotation such as reflections and evaluations.
- Offboarding: completed after rotations such as exit surveys, end-of-rotation assessments.
About the Forms:
- Flexible forms created by our FaaS (Form as a Service) support a wide range of question types including multiple choice, text box, rating on a scale and more.
- Real-time tracking, status updates, and compliance reviews via CaaS (Compliance as a Service).
- Role-based access ensures the right personnel view the form, protecting student privacy.
- Smart views displaying Due Date, Status, Type, of forms for each student.
- The ability to leave comments, approve, or ask for resubmission.
Student view of pending, completed, and overdue activities in one place.
New Capabilities on Screens
- The Schedules Calendar now has Week and Day views.
- View and Track Availability and other grids now default to showing the most recent availability created.
- New columns displaying on the View and Track screen:
- Created By – Know exactly who submitted each record.
- Created On – Quickly understand when entries were made.
- Search by Created By for tracking availabilities by user or team member.
School Request Screen Upgrades
- See both approved and active (non-cancelled) slots in real-time.
- Immediate updates after cancellations for total transparency.
- Additional Columns : Requested Location (with hierarchy of departments and units, Shifts, Days of Week).
- Search by Request ID, Schedule ID, Availability ID, Experience Type, and more.
Map View Gets Smarter
- Select a state, and the map zooms and recenters.
Onboarding Improvements
New Statuses for requirements
- Not Started: student or instructor has not started onboarding requirements.
- Some Action Needed: requirements have been started but are not complete or under review.
- Compliant: all documents are submitted and approved.
Fast Access to Onboarding
- A new eye icon
makes it easier to view onboarding requirements directly.
- The ability for school onboarding requirements to be configured for individual schedule
Smarter Contracts for Smarter Partnerships
- You can now map affiliation contracts to specific locations within a site
- The ability to add multiple documents such as program specific agreements.
Notifications & Navigation
- Your notification bell now shows the number of unread items.
- Updates live in real-time as you move between screens.
