Table of Contents
Candidate Tracking & Pipeline Management
Sites can now manage the entire candidate lifecycle directly within each job through a structured and intuitive pipeline.
With the introduction of the Candidates tab, all applicants for a job are centralised in one place, enabling better visibility and control over the hiring process.
Key capabilities include:
- Move candidates across defined stages: Applied, Under Review, Shortlisted, Hired, Rejected
- Maintain a structured and consistent hiring workflow
- View and manage all applicants associated with a job in a single interface
- Add context through notes while updating candidate stages
These enhancements eliminate the need for external tracking and enable end-to-end candidate management within Exxat One. For jobs managed in Exxat One, all tracking and hiring activities are handled within the platform, while for ATS-managed jobs, tracking continues in the respective ATS, with only Exxat-submitted applications visible in Exxat One.
AI-Powered Candidate & Hiring Intelligence
AI capabilities are now deeply integrated into the hiring workflow, helping sites identify the most relevant candidates faster and with greater confidence.

- Strong Match – Good alignment with most criteria
- Good Match – Meets basic requirements with some gaps
These classifications are derived from multiple factors such as skills, experience, education, and other relevant attributes, providing a quick and reliable way to prioritise candidates.
