FaaS Download Folder Structure Improvement
The download experience for onboarding requirements has been improved to make files easier to access and organize. Instead of navigating through multiple nested folders, downloads are now simplified into a cleaner and more structured format.
- Downloads now generate a simplified folder structure with only two levels
- Each download contains a single main folder named using Student Name / School Name – Requirement Name
- One folder for all the attachments if the onboarding requirement requires a file upload
- Field responses are provided as a consolidated PDF along with attachments in the same location
- Eliminates multiple nested folders previously required to access files
- Consistent structure across both:
- Schedules & Onboarding screen
- Onboarding Requirement-level Detail Report
This enhancement makes it faster to locate downloaded files and improves overall usability when managing onboarding documents.
Display Selected Location Count with “Clear All” Option in Single Availability Setup
Selecting locations while creating, editing, or cloning a single availability is now more intuitive and efficient. You can easily track your selections and reset them in a single click.
- Displays a selection indicator showing the number of parent locations selected at the top of the grid
- Selection count updates dynamically as you select or deselect locations
- New “Clear All” option allows you to remove all selected locations instantly
- Eliminates the need to manually deselect locations one by one
- Works consistently across:
- Create Single Availability
- Edit Availability
- Clone Availability
This enhancement helps you manage location selections more efficiently and speeds up the availability creation workflow.
Faster Notification Access with In-Place Detail View
Accessing request, schedule, and message details from notifications is now faster and more seamless. Instead of navigating away from your current screen, details now open instantly within the same view.
- Clicking on a notification now opens the relevant request, schedule, onboarding, or message details directly in context, such as the appropriate drawer or screen, without unnecessary navigation or loading intermediate pages
- No redirection to grid pages, keeping you on your current screen
- Eliminates unnecessary loading of full list views
- Provides a faster and more focused way to access information
- Your current context (filters, scroll position, or ongoing work) remains unchanged
- Closing the overlay returns you exactly to where you were
This enhancement reduces navigation effort and helps you quickly view and act on notifications without interrupting your workflow.
Site Description (About Section) for Sites
Sites can now add and manage a Site Description within Site Configuration, helping schools and students better understand your organization, specialties, and opportunities.
A new Site Description field is available under Site Configuration → Basic Details. This allows site admins to provide a detailed overview using a rich text editor with basic formatting options such as bold text, bullet points, and hyperlinks.
The description is displayed in a structured way within the Basic Details section, showing a preview with up to three lines and a “Show more” option to expand longer content. Address and phone number are now aligned with the Total Locations section for a cleaner layout, with the description placed below for better readability.
- Rich text editor with basic formatting (bold, bullets, hyperlinks)
- Character limit of up to 2,000 characters
- Preview with 3-line truncation and “Show more” expansion
- Editable by Site Admin and Super Admin
- Read-only for other roles
- Displays across:
- Public Job Page (This will go-live on April 8th)
- Site Profile page within Exxat One
- If no description is added, a placeholder “No description provided.” is shown
- Helps improve visibility and context for students and partner schools
This enhancement enables sites to better present their organisation and create more informative, engaging experiences for users exploring opportunities.

Flag Students for Hire
Sites can now identify, track, and build a structured internal hiring pipeline by marking high-performing students using the “Flag for Hire” feature based on their real-world performance during placements. This flag is applied at the student level (not placement-specific) and is maintained within the site, providing a centralized and trackable view of potential
Key Highlights
- Flag students for hire from:
- Schedule Grid (Current & Completed)
- Schedule Details
- Flagging is:
- Site-specific (no cross-site visibility)
- Student-level (applies across all placements at the site, remarks can be updated with each placement)
- One flag per user per student
- Multiple users within the same site can flag the same student
- Optional internal remarks can be added (not visible to students)

- Flagged for Hire” badge is displayed on the student profile, within the student name section in the schedule drawer, and alongside the student name on the onboarding screen.
Flagging & Management
- Clicking “Flag for Hire” opens a pop up showing:
- Current flag count (within the site)
- Existing internal remarks
- Option to add a new remark
- On submission:
- Flag count increments
- Student is marked as Flagged for Hire
- Entry is tracked for internal hiring visibility
- Users can:
- Remove (unflag) only their own flag
- View consolidated recommendations within the student profile
This enhancement helps sites turn real-world student performance into actionable hiring insights, making it easier to identify, track, and eventually convert top students into future hires.
Employee Verification Indicator in Onboarding
Site users can now easily identify whether a student or Clinical Instructor (CI) has verified themselves as an employee directly within the Onboarding screen.
This helps provide better context while reviewing onboarding requirements, especially when different or simplified requirements apply to verified employees.
- An employee verification icon is now displayed beside the student/CI name in the Onboarding screen (for both individual and group schedules).
- The icon appears only when the student/CI has declared and verified themselves as an employee.
- Hovering over the icon shows verification details, including the date and time of confirmation.
This allows you to quickly identify employee status without navigating away, make informed decisions while reviewing onboarding requirements, and gain better visibility and context during onboarding tracking.
Additional Columns & Enhancements in Reports
Reports across the platform have been enhanced with additional columns and attributes to provide more context and improve data visibility across different report views.
- Location hierarchy is now displayed along with location names across all reports, helping you understand how locations, departments, and units are structured and identify their parent locations
- A new Location Group column and filter have been added to Availability, Request, Schedule, and Onboarding reports, enabling better segmentation across grouped locations
- Clinical Instructor (CI) Name and Email are now available in the Schedule-level Summary Report
- You can now search schedules using CI Name and Email for quicker and more targeted access
This enhancement provides better context while analysing report data and makes it easier to filter, search, and understand activities across locations, groups, and assigned instructors.
New Report: Activity-Level Summary (Ongoing & Offboarding)
A new report has been introduced to provide detailed tracking of ongoing and offboarding activities at a granular level.
What this report provides:
- Activity-level visibility for each student and schedule
- Tracking of due dates, statuses, and review progress
- Coverage across both ongoing and offboarding activities
Key capabilities:
- Filter by activity type, status, discipline, schedule status, and more
- Sort and search across key fields like student, schedule, and activity
- View mandatory vs optional activities
This helps you monitor activity progress more effectively, identify pending or delayed actions quickly, and gain deeper insight into student-level activity completion.
