Exploring AI Features in Exxat One

Ask Leo

Ask Leo is an AI-powered assistant available within Exxat One. It allows users to ask questions and get guidance on platform features and workflows directly within the platform.

The Ask Leo button is available in the top navigation bar of Exxat One. Select it to open the assistant panel on the right side of the screen.

1. Sign in to Exxat One.
2. Select Ask Leo from the top navigation bar.

3. Browse the suggested questions or enter your own question in the Ask your query here... field.

4. Select the Send icon to submit your question.
5. Review the response displayed in the assistant panel.
6. Use the thumbs-up or thumbs-down options to provide feedback on the response.

You can ask additional questions whenever you need help with another feature or workflow.

AI-Powered Job Posting

Exxat One uses AI to help Site users create structured, professional job descriptions. Users can describe the job requirements through a prompt, upload or paste an existing job description, or provide a public job link. AI then helps generate job content, making the job posting process easier and more efficient.

This option is available in the Jobs module. Select Post Job to open the Post New Job screen, where you can access the AI Job Builder.

1. Navigate to Jobs in Exxat One.
2. Select Post Job to open the Post New Job screen.

3. In the AI Job Builder section, describe the job or provide the relevant hiring requirements in the text field.

4. Alternatively, select Upload JD to upload an existing job description or select Use Past Jobs to reuse a previous job posting.

5. Select Generate to create the job content using AI.

You can also choose Create Manually to build a job posting step by step or Clone Existing to copy and customize an existing job.

AI-powered job posting helps Site users create structured job descriptions with less manual effort. By using prompts, existing job descriptions, or previously posted jobs, users can get started with job content more efficiently.

AI-Powered Applicant Matching

The AI Match feature evaluates applicants against a job's requirements and assigns match categories such as Top Match, Strong Match, and Good Match. This helps sites identify candidates whose profiles are better aligned with the role.

This feature is available in the Candidates section of an individual job.

1. Navigate to Jobs and open the job you want to review.

2. Select the Candidates section.

3. Review the AI Match column to see the match category assigned to each applicant.

4. Select AI Match to filter the candidate list based on match categories.

5. Review the shortlisted candidates and proceed with the hiring process.

AI-powered applicant matching helps sites prioritize candidates based on their alignment with job requirements, making it easier to review larger applicant pools and focus on relevant profiles.

AI-Powered Candidate Insights

Exxat One provides AI-powered insights within candidate details to help sites understand how an applicant aligns with a specific job. These insights include an AI Match Analysis and a What Stands Out section.

These insights are available on the candidate's Application Details page.

1. Navigate to Jobs and open the relevant job.

2. Select the Candidates section.

3. Open an applicant's profile to view their application details.

4. Review the AI Match Analysis section to understand how the candidate aligns with the job requirements.

5. Review What Stands Out to identify key highlights from the candidate's profile, such as relevant clinical experience, work experience, and achievements.

These insights make candidate evaluation easier by bringing relevant matching information and profile highlights together, helping sites understand a candidate's suitability without having to review every detail manually.

AI-Powered Candidate Discovery (Coming Soon)

AI-powered Candidate Discovery will help sites find potential candidates based on their hiring requirements. Sites can describe the type of candidate they are looking for using a prompt, attach a job description, or use the existing job details to guide the search.
