The Site Dashboard provides a centralised overview of key activity across your site in Exxat One. From this screen, you can quickly monitor availabilities, placement requests, schedules, and onboarding progress without navigating through multiple sections.
The dashboard is designed to highlight important metrics, pending actions, and recent updates, helping site administrators stay informed and respond quickly to school requests or schedule changes.
Interactive charts, summary cards, and quick actions allow you to navigate directly to detailed screens, making it easier to manage placements and track site activity.

| Getting Started |
You are automatically directed to the Dashboard when you log in to Exxat One.
To return to the dashboard at any time:
- Click Home from the left navigation menu.
- If the menu is collapsed, click the hamburger icon at the top to expand it and view labels.
The dashboard contains multiple sections that summarise important site information and provide shortcuts to commonly used actions.

Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is organised into several sections that help you quickly understand the current status of activities across your site.
At the top of the dashboard, a banner carousel is used to highlight important updates and information.
Below the banner, you will see summary cards and interactive charts that display key metrics related to:
- Availabilities
- Placement requests
- Student schedules
- Onboarding compliance
These visual indicators allow you to quickly identify where attention or action may be required.
Summary Cards
The summary cards provide quick counts of important placement activity at your site.
Each card is interactive and includes a View option that opens the corresponding screen with filters automatically applied.
Open / Active Availabilities
Displays the number of published availabilities currently visible to schools, along with the number of unique locations where those availabilities are posted.
Selecting View opens the Availability screen with published availabilities filtered automatically.
Requests Pending Approvals
Shows the number of slot requests submitted by schools that require review.
The count includes requests in the following statuses:
- Request Pending
- Review In Progress
It also shows how many unique schools submitted those requests.
Selecting View opens the Slot Requests screen with pending requests filtered.
Ongoing Schedules
Displays the number of confirmed schedules currently in progress.
A schedule is considered ongoing when:
- The start date has passed
- The end date is still upcoming
Selecting View opens the Schedules screen with ongoing schedules filtered.
Upcoming Schedules
Shows the number of schedules that are confirmed and scheduled to begin within the next six months.
Selecting View opens the Schedules screen with upcoming schedules filtered automatically.
Upcoming Schedules Overview
This section provides a detailed breakdown of upcoming schedules.
You can toggle the view to display:
- Schedules starting in the next 30 days
- All upcoming schedules
Schedules Overview Chart
The Schedules Overview chart displays the status of upcoming schedules.
Schedules are categorised into:
- Confirmed
- Not Confirmed
- To Be Scheduled
- Cancelled
Selecting any segment of the chart opens the Schedules screen with the corresponding filters applied.
Both individual and group schedules are included in this summary.
Student Onboarding Overview
The Student Onboarding Overview chart displays onboarding progress for confirmed schedules where onboarding requirements apply.
Schedules are categorised into the following statuses:
- Not Started – Students have not begun onboarding requirements
- Action Needed – Students have started onboarding, but still have pending requirements
- Compliant – Students have completed onboarding and meet all requirements
Selecting any segment opens a filtered list of schedules matching that onboarding status.

Interactive Chart You can interact directly with the chart segments to explore the data. Clicking on any segment in the chart opens the corresponding screen with the relevant filters automatically applied. You can also click items in the chart legend (such as Confirmed, Not Confirmed, Compliant, or Not Started) to temporarily hide or show those categories in the chart. Clicking the legend again restores the category to the chart. |
Request Ageing Overview
The Request Ageing Overview graph shows how long slot requests have been waiting for review.
Requests are grouped into time ranges based on how long they have been pending for review:
- Less than 7 days
- 7–15 days
- 16–30 days
- Greater than 30 days
Each bar in the graph is divided by request status:
- Request Pending
- Review In Progress
Selecting any segment opens the Slot Requests screen with the corresponding filters applied, allowing you to quickly review requests that require action.

Interactive Graph Clicking on Request Pending or Review In Progress in the Request Ageing Overview graph opens the Slot Requests screen with the corresponding status and time filters applied. You can also click the legend items to hide or show those categories in the graph for easier analysis of the data. |
Recent Activities
The Recent Activities panel displays the top 10 recent activities happening across your site.
Examples of activity events include:
- Availability created or published
- New slot request received
- Request approved, declined, or cancelled
- Schedule created, updated, confirmed, or cancelled
Each activity entry includes details such as:
- School Name
- Discipline
- Location
- Duration
- User who performed the action
For request-related activities, you may also see the number of slots approved or rejected.
Selecting an activity takes you directly to the related screen.
Quick Actions
The Quick Actions section provides shortcuts to commonly used tasks.
You can quickly navigate to:
- Create Availability – Add a new availability
- View and Track Availability – View any availability created
- School Requests – Review slot requests submitted by schools
- Schedules – Manage student schedules
- Reports – Access site-level reporting tools
These shortcuts help you move quickly to the sections you use most often.
Help, Notifications, and System Tools
At the top of every screen, you will find several tools that help you access information, support resources, and system notifications.
Resource Center
Click the Question Mark icon to open the Resource Centre.
From here, you can access:
- Product Education – Help documentation and guides
- Product Updates – Release notes and product announcements
- Support Services – Submit or track support requests
Live Chat Support
Click the Headset icon to start a live chat with the support team.
Live chat is available Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST.

Release Notes
Click the Bullhorn icon to view the latest product updates and release notes.
Notifications
Click the Bell icon to open the Notification Centre, where you can review alerts about slot requests, schedules, and onboarding updates.
Ask Leo (Virtual Assistant)
Click Ask Leo to chat with Leo, the virtual assistant, for quick guidance and product information.
User Settings
Click your profile name in the top-right corner to access user settings and account options.
